Emma Rose Kenney has been acting for nearly a decade. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners, its spin-off. Kenney was an New York City native born in the fall of 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who formerly wrote for The New York Post and now works for Fox Sports. Emma Kenney has the exact same home town like Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) is a native of Manhattan and she plays Debbie her sassy character in Showtime's Shameless.
